I offer direct billing to most private insurance companies and ICBC. I am unable to direct bill Sun Life Financial or WorkSafe BC at this time.

For appointments after 5pm and on weekends and holidays, please use the buzzer to enter the building.
Your appointment time includes intake, assessment, treatment, home care, and processing of payment.
You can cancel or reschedule on Janeapp up to 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Failure to provide 24 hours notice will result in the full fee being charged to your credit card on file, not your insurance provider. Please do not book an appointment if you do not agree to this policy. Thanks for your understanding.
